Our Story
We're the Minihan family, and this is Porter & Prairie — a working family farm rooted in the red clay soil of Porter, Oklahoma. What started with a flock of chickens and a dream of feeding our neighbors has grown into a full farm raising eggs, beef, pork, vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
We're proud to be part of a community that has long celebrated the land — the same fertile country that gave the world the legendary Porter Peach. Everything we grow and raise is tended by hand, harvested with care, and available right here at our farm stand.
